The Michigan Website Makeover (the "Program") is sponsored by Think Creative, 17195 Silver Pkwy #321, Fenton, MI 48430 ("Sponsor"). The Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to businesses that, at the time of application: (a) are based in and operate in the State of Michigan; (b) have been in operation for at least twelve (12) months; (c) have annual revenue of at least $250,000; and (d) apply through an owner, officer or other representative who is at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business (the "Applicant"). Eligibility under (b) and (c) is certified by the Applicant on the application; Sponsor may request reasonable confirmation before awarding the Prize. Employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
3. Application Periods
The Program runs in consecutive application periods. The first application period begins when the Program page at thinkcreative.com/free-website is published and ends at 11:59:59 pm Eastern Time on October 31, 2026. Each later application period is one calendar month, beginning at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59:59 pm Eastern Time on the last day of that month. Applications received during a period are considered for that period's selection and remain in consideration for the two (2) periods that follow. The Program continues until Sponsor ends it under Section 10. Sponsor may change the length of application periods on notice at the Program page; a change does not affect applications already received.
4. How to Apply
Complete the application at thinkcreative.com/free-website. One application per business per application period. Applications must be complete and truthful. Incomplete, automated or duplicate applications may be disregarded. There is no fee and no purchase required to apply, and applying does not obligate the Applicant to purchase anything.
5. Selection
This is a judged program, not a random drawing. After each application period closes, Sponsor's team reviews eligible applications and selects one (1) business (the "Selected Business") based on the following criteria, weighted equally: fit with the industries and services Think Creative works in; growth potential; how much a new website would change the business; the clarity and completeness of the application. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding. Sponsor may, at its discretion, also offer other applicants Sponsor's services at prices of Sponsor's choosing; such offers are separate from the Program and are not a Prize.
6. Prize
One (1) Prize is available per application period: a website designed and built by Sponsor for the Selected Business consisting of custom design, copywriting, development of up to eight (8) pages, mobile-friendly build, on-page structure intended to support visibility in search engines and AI-powered search tools, standard lead-capture features (contact forms, click-to-call, analytics and conversion tracking, calendar embed) and launch, plus one (1) round of revisions and twelve (12) months of website hosting. The Prize does not include domain registration or renewal, third-party subscriptions or fees, e-commerce catalogs of more than twenty-five (25) products, custom software, photography, ongoing marketing, or any service not listed. Sponsor makes no guarantee of search rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. The Prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the Prize are the responsibility of the Selected Business.
7. Notification and Conditions
Sponsor will notify the Selected Business privately by phone and/or email within ten (10) business days after the application period closes. The Selected Business must (a) respond within five (5) business days of notification, (b) sign Sponsor's standard website agreement within ten (10) business days of notification, and (c) provide the content, materials and access Sponsor reasonably requests within thirty (30) days. If it does not, or if it is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate from the same pool. Sponsor is not obligated to announce selections publicly and will not identify a Selected Business publicly without its written permission. A list of Selected Businesses is available on written request to the address above.
8. Applicant Information and Contact
Information submitted in an application is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Program, to evaluate applications, and to contact the Applicant about the application and about Sponsor's products and services. Applicants who check the consent box on the application agree that Sponsor may call and text them at the number provided for these purposes; message and data rates may apply; consent is not a condition of applying and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. Sponsor's Privacy Policy at thinkcreative.com/privacy-policy applies. Sponsor does not sell applicant information.
9. General Conditions
By applying, the Applicant and the business it represents agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, and release Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective officers, employees and agents from any claim arising from participation in the Program or from the acceptance or use of the Prize. Sponsor may disqualify any applicant who provides false information, tampers with the application process or acts in violation of these Official Rules.
10. Changes and Termination
Sponsor may modify, suspend or end the Program at any time by posting notice at thinkcreative.com/free-website. If the Program ends, Sponsor will complete the selection for any application period that has already closed.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Genesee County, Michigan.
